Cuff Inspection Services, LLC inspects a wide range of properties, including single-family homes, townhouses, condos, and multi-family dwellings, outbuildings, detached garages and mother-in-law quarters.

Our Inspections are quite comprehensive. We assess the mechanical systems of the dwelling: interior plumbing, electric, heating and cooling, general interior, attic and visible insulation, ventilation, siding, windows, doors, roofs, attached garages, foundation, and visible structures. While it is not required, we highly recommend that you be present during the Home Inspection. This allows us to explain our findings in person and answer any questions you may have.

The cost of Home Inspections vary based on the age and square feet of the dwelling. We offer competitive prices, some of the lowest in the area. Please see our price list in the Menu dropdown  for more information.

Quality can take time. Cuff Inspection Services, LLC does not rush through and just get it done. We take our time to be thorough so you can receive the absolute best representation of the property. Depending on the size of the home, a traditional inspection takes approximately 2 to 2.5 hours. 

Yes!  Besides our standard inspections, we offer Radon Testing, Outbuilding Inspections and Re-Inspections. These can be done in conjunction with your standard inspection or can be ordered as å la carte services.

It is common for customers to request a re-inspection to ensure the repairs from the first home inspection have been completed. If a re-inspection is desired, please shoot us an email with a detailed list of the defects so we can schedule the appointment properly.
