What We Inspect
Our program has been designed to assure you a thorough, easy to understand overview of the conditions of the home you are about to purchase. Buying a home is not something you do every day and we provide the information you need to make an educated decision.
What is a Home Inspection?
A home inspection is a general, non-invasive, visual inspection of a house and its appurtenances. An inspection report should cover the major systems of the house: structural, plumbing, electric, heating and cooling, general interior, insulation, ventilation, siding, windows, doors, roofs and attached garages.
Benefits:
A "Radon Testing Only" inspection is also offered and can be completed in as little as 48 hours. Please click HERE for more information.
